Pawan brings 15+ years of practical experience working with EU chemical, packaging, and waste regulations across enterprise and mid-market compliance teams. His practice covers the regulations companies actually struggle with day-to-day: PPWR, EPR, battery compliance, REACH, CLP, and cosmetic regulations.
The approach is deliberately hands-on. Pawan works directly with clients — not through layers of account managers — to translate regulatory text into systems and workflows their teams can actually run. The result: compliance programmes that hold up to audit and survive personnel changes.
